Job Title: Railway Cybersecurity Systems Engineer (Oversea Projects)

Role Overview:

• You will be responsible for system design work related to cybersecurity for overseas railway vehicle control system projects.
• You will collaborate closely with TCMS engineers to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and analyze customer cybersecurity requirements and create requirements specifications.
• Lead discussions on cybersecurity requirements with customers.
• Conduct system design work related to cybersecurity for railway vehicle control systems.
• Perform gap analysis between cybersecurity requirements and vehicle control requirements, and discuss countermeasures.
• Verify the contents of a series of vehicle control specification documents.
• Create cybersecurity requirements and related specifications, manage history and configuration records.
• Track and manage meeting minutes and cybersecurity requirements.
• Prepare documents and reports necessary for certification.
• Required Experience (Must-Have)

Candidates must have 2 to 6 years of experience in the following areas:

• Cybersecurity-compliant development process for IEC62443-4-1 control systems.
• Developing cybersecurity-compliant product specifications for IEC62443-3-2 control systems.
• Product or system development projects that address cybersecurity for IEC62443-3-2 control systems.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Technical knowledge of railway signaling systems (CBTC, etc.) and vehicle control systems (TCMS, etc.)
• Knowledge of Ethernet networks, Wi-Fi networks, 3G/4G data communication networks
• Understanding of VLAN networks and requirements management
• Project management knowledge (WBS creation, etc.)
• Experience with project management tools

Language Requirements:

• English: Business-level (reading, writing, speaking; able to communicate with local teams)
• Japanese: Beneficial but not mandatory
