Nurinco PRS operates as an online job advertising and referral platform. We provide paid and free job listing publication services, referral links to third-party employers, and career-related informational content. Nurinco PRS does not operate as a recruitment agency, employer, or hiring authority.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nurinco PRS (“Website”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.


2. Nature of Services

Nurinco PRS provides job advertising and promotional services only, including:

  • Referral links to third-party employers and recruiters

4. Employer & Partner Responsibilities

Employers and recruitment partners agree that:

  • All job information provided is accurate, lawful, and non-misleading

  • Job listings comply with applicable labor, employment, and anti-discrimination laws

  • They are solely responsible for recruitment processes, applicant communications, and data privacy compliance

Nurinco PRS reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any job listing that violates these Terms or applicable laws.


5. Paid Job Posting Services

  • Nurinco PRS offers paid job advertising packages ranging from USD 35 to USD 250 per listing, depending on exposure and promotion level.

  • Payment is strictly for advertising placement and promotional visibility, not for recruitment or hiring services.

  • Each paid listing applies to one (1) job vacancy and is valid for a specified duration (typically 30 days, unless stated otherwise).

  • All payments are non-refundable once the job listing is published.


6. Important Notice for Job Seekers

  • Job seekers are NEVER charged to view or apply for jobs on Nurinco PRS.

  • Employers pay only for job advertisement placement, not for candidate access.

  • Nurinco PRS does not guarantee employment, interviews, or hiring outcomes.


7. Advertisements & Monetization

The Website may display third-party advertisements, including but not limited to:

  • Google AdSense

  • Other advertising or affiliate networks

Advertising content may use cookies or tracking technologies in accordance with applicable privacy policies.

  • Nurinco PRS does not endorse or guarantee advertised products or services.

  • Advertising placement does not influence editorial content or job listings.


8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal job information

  • Post discriminatory, unethical, or prohibited content

  • Attempt to bypass payment systems or manipulate listings

Violations may result in immediate removal of content or suspension of access without notice.
