Key Responsibilities

  • Perform aluminum wire bonding on electronic and semiconductor components using manual or semi-automatic wire bonding equipment
  • Set up, operate, and adjust wire bonding machines as required
  • Read and interpret work instructions, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Inspect bonded assemblies using microscopes to verify bond integrity and accuracy
  • Identify defects, perform rework, and document corrective actions
  • Maintain cleanroom or controlled environment standards
  • Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
  • Accurately document production activities and inspection results
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet quality and output goals

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience with aluminum wire bonding (required)
  • Experience in microelectronics or semiconductor assembly
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under microscopes and with precision tools
  • Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection methods

Preferred Qualifications

This role is responsible for advanced electrical troubleshooting, repair, and technical support across electrical, mechanical, and control systems while ensuring compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of industrial systems
  • Support all phases of manufacturing operations with technical expertise

Maintain and service:

  • Electrical control panels, transformers, power distribution systems
  • Motors, motor controls, and variable frequency drives
  • PLC systems and instrumentation
  • Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Perform mechanical maintenance including bearings, gears, clutches, belts, seals, and related components
  • Support electrical construction projects, write scopes of work, and ensure compliance with NEC and Tyson standards
  • Utilize SAP Plant Maintenance for documentation and work tracking
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, quality, and legal standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and external officials

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance and Electrical Controls
  • Valid Electrician License (state or local, as required)

Strong knowledge of:

  • AC/DC circuits and industrial electrical systems
  • Lockout/Tagout and electrical safety procedures
  • PLC systems and control instrumentation
  • Electrical construction and NEC standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Proficient in Windows-based software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid safety and attendance record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Electronic Technology or related technical field

Experience with:

  • PLC configuration, programming, and troubleshooting
  • Electronic motor drive technologies (servo motors, encoders, tachometers, closed-loop systems)
  • Industrial semiconductors and solid-state devices
  • Instrumentation systems
  • SAP Plant Maintenance experience
