Overview:

TXM is recruiting on behalf of a leading company that specializes in automated solutions for logistics warehouses to work on the roaming of several customer sites. You will maintain automated machines such as conveyors, storage and picking systems and sorting equipment.

The missions will be to use electrical and mechanical skills to ensure that the dynamic distribution plant is always operating at full capacity.

Hours: Night work – 22:00 to 06:00

Remuneration: based on experience + bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, reactive and planned maintenance across multiple sites, and contribute to continuous improvement tasks
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance of automated equipment such as conveyors, sorting systems, and storage and picking systems
  • Enter information about task and fault details into a CMMS system
  • Provide high-quality maintenance to the systems installed at the customer's sites
  • Ensure the care and general maintenance of the machines and the cleanliness of the work areas

Profile and skills needed:

  • Level of knowledge equivalent to a Professional Baccalaureate in Maintenance, Mechanics and Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in the maintenance of automated machines like conveyors, sorting equipment, and processing or packaging machines is preferred
  • Experience with reading drawings or technical diagrams
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Work permit in France
  • Holder of a B licence
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The IT Procurement Specialist is responsible for analysing the current procurement processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing enhanced effective procurement processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This role involves managing and overseeing the procurement of IT equipment, software, and services for QatarEnergy, working closely with ICT teams and internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that the procured IT resources meet the organization’s needs.

  • Analyze current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with internal departments and stakeholders to assess procurement process.
  • Enhance current procurement processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement enhanced procurement processes.
  • Analyze the IT needs of the organization and identify potential vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and managing any amendments or renewals.
  • Ensure that procured items are delivered on time and meet the specified quality standards.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage inventory of IT resources and ensure they are updated as necessary.
  • Collaborate with ICT teams to ensure software and hardware needs are met.
  • Maintain records of purchases, contracts, and invoices.
  • Stay current with the latest IT trends and advancements to make informed purchasing decisions.

Qualification:
