Key Responsibilities

• Develop and arrange for approval of all commissioning handover checklists and certificates, and coordinate with Contractor/Vendors to solve system/equipment performance problems
• Work closely with the project Construction Team, End User and Contractor to coordinate punch listing activities from the beginning to the end of the commissioning process, including clearance and close-out out
• Frequent long working hours may be required, which include outdoor field work

• Sound interpersonal relationships and effective communication within the Client and Contractor Teams
• Coordinate schedule for vendors' presence/visits at site(s), on-job training to assist in the commissioning of critical equipment and processes

Requirements

• BSc (or) BE in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering from a recognised University with extensive commissioning experience of Oil & Gas projects Good skills in construction management, effective communication, and conflict resolution
• A minimum of 12 to 14 years’ experience in relevant construction and installation activities in projects of the oil & gas industry, including extensive experience in large-scale solar (Photovoltaic) projects
• Experienced in the implementation of construction industry best practices, systems, processes and standards

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing Process Engineering activities which include supporting day day-to-day operation of the plant, managing the concept/FEED/EPC design work for asset development Projects carried out by Contractors and that are managed in-house, providing all asset-related input to the major Project team. Key accountabilities include providing process engineering support and coordination with other disciplines to ensure Technical integrity is maintained at a high standard aligned with OI requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology
• Minimum of 10 years O&G Offshore experience
• Well-versed in Simulation, equipment sizing, PFD/PEFS, steady and transient flow analysis, Control narratives and C&E, etc
• Experienced in preparing process technical reports
• Experienced in risk management and close-out reports
• Recognized expertise and leadership in Process Engineering Experience in operational troubleshooting, process risk management and providing necessary support to construction & commissioning methods
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to lead the Process Engineering Team
• Working knowledge of company business processes and regulatory requirements
• Ability to analyze operational issues and troubleshooting skills
• Managing and measuring work using appropriate metrics and key performance indicators
