Qualifications:
- Oversee daily assembly and sewing operations of their flag and banner manufacturing facility.
- Overseeing 20 people.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales departments to identify and resolve quality concerns.
- Become subject matter export on banner and flag assemble and finishing.
- Use production planning and scheduling to limit material shortages.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Must Have:
- Experience in the embroidery industry.
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
- Experience managing or overseeing a production team (20+ people)
