Job Details / Job Description:

• Design and drafting of mechanical parts for dry etching equipment process chambers and related units
• Mechanical development and design work
• Investigation and analysis of equipment functionality improvements
• Planning and design of evaluation products
• Mechanical testing, evaluation, troubleshooting
• BOM (Bill of Materials) creation
• Document creation and support
• Engagement in mechanical development tasks from concept to evaluation

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design and development of cutting-edge equipment and associated parts
• Conduct evaluation and analysis of designed equipment
• Perform a wide range of engineering tasks such as:
• Creating mechanical design drawings using 3D CAD
• Performing mechanical analysis of designed equipment
• Conducting experiments and verification
• Strengthen mechanical engineering skills through hands-on involvement in full-cycle mechanical development
• Contribute to comprehensive development as a mechanical engineer through involvement in design, analysis, experimentation, and evaluation workflows

Work Location: 

• Multiple available locations:
• Kurokawa District, Miyagi Prefecture
• Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture
• Fuchu City, Tokyo Prefecture
• Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture

Team Size / Team Structure: 

• This position will be located at the client’s office
• Around 2 of our client's company members are already working on-site
• You will join this small, established on-site engineering team
