Maintenance Planner
- Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; On-Site; Full-time
- Industry: Manufacturing; Food Production
Responsibilities:
- Lead plant safety processes and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Monitor team compliance with regulations and direct maintenance work
- Assign and inspect preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols
- Provide troubleshooting support and report work through CMMS
- Review KPIs, resolve shift problems, and inspect operations for quality
- Offer feedback on performance and support SQF Systems maintenance
- Maintain clean, safe work areas, participate in initiatives, and conduct safety observations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Lead Role
- Previous experience with Controls & PLCs (Programming is a plus)
- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry is required
- Preventative & Predictive Maintenance experience
- Computer Skills - Microsoft Office and CMMS Systems
- Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- Hours are 10 PM - 6 AM!
