Role
Opportunities
- Work with sales and customers to develop solutions for custom equipment for paint/fluid/adhesive applications
- Assist with the design and development of industrial paint process equipment
- Panel layouts, component selection, etc.
- Servo Motion, VFD, Stepper Motion
- Studio 5000 / Factory Talk (required), Fanuc integration, Siemens, Codesys
- Document project electrical schematics using 2D CAD and SolidWorks Electrical
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Panel building and mechanical assembly, if needed
- Onsite commissioning of systems
- Successful Candidates Should Have the Following Skills & Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in an engineering field
- 3+ years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems
- 3+ years of experience with low voltage and high voltage 3-phase systems
- Ability to read and modify electrical prints using AutoCAD
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience in PLC programming (LD, ST) with Allen Bradley
- Understanding of industrial network infrastructures including Ethernet and DeviceNet
- HMI development using PanelView
- Working knowledge of electrical circuits
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and Internet
- Ability to work in a team environment and interact effectively with others
- Support installation of both mechanical and software controls
- Travel Requirement: Estimated 25% travel required.
