These junior technicians/shuttle technicians will be solely responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance on the shuttle systems within the facility. Overview:

Shift Schedule:

  • 40 hour working week
  • 2 shift pattern
  • 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive, reactive, and scheduled maintenance across the shuttle systems
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance on the shuttles
  • Report work details and breakdown information into a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Provide exceptional maintenance support for systems installed at the client’s site
  • Maintain and care for machinery and work areas
  • Required Experience and Skills:
  • Experience in either electrical or mechanical maintenance
  • Experience in any kind of maintenance and open to learning about new systems
  • Authorization to work in Netherlands
  • Holder of a category B driver’s license
  • Ability to hold a conversation in both spoken and written English

As a resident service technician, you carry out reactive maintenance and scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to the highest standards and ensure high availability of the automated system. Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing tasks on all parts of the system while observing established health and safety practices
  • Intervene quickly when errors occur
  • Communicate clearly with others and to troubleshoot efficiently
  • Support the continual improvement process by using the information gained through trouble shooting for feedback and suggestions
  • Ensure high availability of the equipment 
  • You have a qualification in electrics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT or automation
  • You have gained experience in maintenance task
  • You are able to read and understand mechanical layouts and circuit diagrams
  • Working in a workshop is not completely new to you
  • You are able to communicate in the Italian language and ideally also in English

Benefits package:

  • Base salary from 30k (junior) to 44k (senior)
  • Payment of overtime
  • Payment of surpluses for night work (15%) and Sunday work (30%) (ca. 1.000 EUR per year)
  • Additional payment of 20 EUR per night worked (ca. 1.000 EUR per year)
  • Profit sharing bonus (group level bonus based on the group results – was ca 2k last year, can also be less) – however, entitlement from > 6 months in the company
  • Canteen contribution, i.e. the company pays 6 EUR of the 8 EUR lunch voucher for the Mantova canteen (2 EUR to be paid by the employee)
  • Smaller benefits consist in an additional health insurance and a benefits portal for discounts in online shops (10% to 50%)
  • Shift pattern for the Maintenance Technicians. Alternating shifts of 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00 with alternation, 3 days shift 1, 2 days break; 3 days shift 2, 2 days break; 3 days shift 3, 2 days break, and so on
  • Shift bonuses for Maintenance Technicians: no particular shift bonus other than the above surpluses
