This team is responsible for supporting and servicing the client's hardware and software solutions to ensure their innovative customers stay ahead.

Key Responsibilities:

In this leadership role, you will:

Team & Service Oversight

  • Manage and support a team focused on delivering business system products and services—including hardware, document management solutions, and related software—to assigned territories or client accounts.

Talent Management

  • Select, hire, train, and mentor technical representatives to build a high-performing service team.

Customer Support

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Inventory & Logistics

  • Oversee warehousing operations including parts inventory and merchandise handling related to field service delivery.

Team Development

  • Lead the team’s growth by introducing new technologies, ongoing training, and knowledge-sharing within an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Qualifications:

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years of related field service and leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage 2+ full-time technical employees
  • Hands-on experience with digital and electromechanical systems
  • Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and document management solutions
  • Experience in service management within the technology industry
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Oracle, Lotus Notes, and general internet platforms
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Excellent time management, customer resolution, and operational logistics experience
  • Background in performance management, hiring, and employee development

Description:

  • In this position, the Land Development Engineer leads the technical design for an interdisciplinary team of civil engineers, project planners, and CAD designers.
  • This position reports directly to the Director of the Land Development Department.
  • Candidates should be engineers or designers with a high technical competency experienced in land development projects, sustainable design, utility design, and stormwater management design.
  • The ideal candidate is experienced with the unique requirements of design and permitting for development projects, including schools and other institutional projects, and commercial/retail projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
  • Experience: Civil engineering: 5 years (Required)
  • Language: English (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years of design experience on land development projects
  • K-12 site design experience a plus (but not required)
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D and Office 360 products (Excel, Word, etc.)

TYPICAL DUTIES:

  • Important responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Leads a team in the preparation of project drawings, calculations, and specifications.
  • Prepares engineering analysis, design, calculations, and reports
  • Evaluates land use and zoning requirements and is familiar with zoning ordinances and site plan approval processes.
  • Prepares permit applications and is responsible for working through agency review processes and obtaining approvals.
  • Makes occasional site visits during the construction phase of the work to assess progress and quality of construction.
  • Works with dynamic design teams including the owner/developer, architects, landscape architects, engineering trades, and contractors.
  • Provides mentorship and training for junior staff

Senior Construction Engineer in Doha, Qatar, On-Site, Full-time; Industry: Engineering; Construction

Mselect is looking to hire a Senior Construction Engineer for a national oil and gas operator in Doha, Qatar. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant construction and installation activities of the Oil & Gas industry. Fluency in English is a must.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • To generate Construction Work Packages from detailed engineering deliverables in details from concept to mechanical completion
  • Monitoring of construction contractor performance to ensure full compliance with approved designs and schedules

Qualification:

  • Qualification BSc in engineering or equivalent is preferred although lesser qualified candidates with extensive/relevant experience instead of qualification will be considered
  • Conversant with international codes and standards

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant construction and installation activities of the Oil & Gas industry
  • Onshore/Offshore exposure to working within live oil and gas process plants
  • Extensive Brownfield experience
  • The majority of the above experience should be working within a multicultural environment
  • 5 years’ experience in Engineering & Construction projects preferred
  • Fluent in the English language
