This team is responsible for supporting and servicing the client's hardware and software solutions to ensure their innovative customers stay ahead.
Key Responsibilities:
In this leadership role, you will:
Team & Service Oversight
- Manage and support a team focused on delivering business system products and services—including hardware, document management solutions, and related software—to assigned territories or client accounts.
Talent Management
- Select, hire, train, and mentor technical representatives to build a high-performing service team.
Customer Support
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Inventory & Logistics
- Oversee warehousing operations including parts inventory and merchandise handling related to field service delivery.
Team Development
- Lead the team’s growth by introducing new technologies, ongoing training, and knowledge-sharing within an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications:
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of related field service and leadership experience
- Proven ability to manage 2+ full-time technical employees
- Hands-on experience with digital and electromechanical systems
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and document management solutions
- Experience in service management within the technology industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Oracle, Lotus Notes, and general internet platforms
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Excellent time management, customer resolution, and operational logistics experience
- Background in performance management, hiring, and employee development
- Ideal Candidate Background:

previous roles such as:
- Field Service Manager
