Position Summary

• The Maintenance Unit Supervisor is a salaried leadership role responsible for overseeing a union crew of electricians and mechanics, ensuring operational safety, reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness. • This position involves supervising union employees on 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night) within established departmental schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide mechanical crafts, providing technical direction for maintenance activities.
• Lead both planned and unplanned maintenance to achieve department performance goals.
