Job Requirements
- Dedicated on-site infotainment system representative, focusing on technical support, customer problem resolution, and project coordination for specific customers or projects in the automotive industry.
- Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining test systems, coordinating between development teams and customers, coordinating product releases, managing technical documentation, and supporting project management activities to meet customer expectations.
- Providing technical guidance and assistance to internal teams and customers.
- Support project management activities and coordinate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Act as a resident representative and be present at the customer or partner's site to ensure smooth operations and prompt support.

— Must Have
- Overseeing the architecture, software, and hardware of in-vehicle infotainment systems.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and escalate as needed.
- Serve as the customer's primary point of contact, understand their needs, and address their questions and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements within assigned scope and implement solutions.
- Present reports to management on project progress, technical issues, and customer feedback.
- Experience with vehicle interfaces and knowledge of infotainment systems.
- Experience managing large overseas teams from Japan in the automotive infotainment field, managing schedules, costs, requirements, KPIs, and customer relationships.
- Project management experience in the infotainment field at OEM or Tier 1.
- Experience with at least one IVI production program from proposal to project completion.
- People management skills.
- Ability to adapt to different cultures.
Language Skills
- English: Business level (TOEIC 750 or above)
- Japanese: Native level
