We are in search of a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in Frontend development to lead our dynamic team. If you are a strategic thinker, possess excellent technical leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Plan, execute, and deliver software projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track project progress and manage risks, dependencies, and issues effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional development teams with a focus on frontend technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to ensure team productivity and growth.
  • Coordinate with design, backend, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Technical Expertise

  • Provide guidance on best practices in frontend development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend frameworks, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding project updates and deliverables.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders effectively.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to organizational processes.
  • Implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment strategies.

Required Skill and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager in React.js development projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of React.js and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience in managing distributed or remote teams.
