JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Application Support Engineering role specializes in maintaining and providing technical support for all applications that are beyond the development stage and are running in the daily operations of the firm.
  • Works closely with development teams, infrastructure partners, and internal / external clients to raise and resolve technical support incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience with using ITIL Change, Incident and Problem management processes.
  • Resolve critical production issues by leading Major Incident calls, engaging accurate teams, and driving root cause analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and debug system component(s) to resolve technical issues in sophisticated and highly regulated environments comprised of ground and cloud applications and services.
  • Analyze proposed application design(s) and provide feedback on potential gaps or provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Contribute to Monthly Service Reviews (MSR) with Development partners to go over KPI metrics.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery / Loss of Region events (planned and unplanned) completing tasks and collecting evidence.
  • Collaborate both within the team and across teams to resolve application issues and calls out as needed. Partner with development teams to provide feedback into the design and development stages of applications.
  • Support audit requests in a timely fashion providing needed documentation and evidence.
  • Plan and implement certificate creation/renewals as needed.

  • A motivated licensed Professional Engineer will be responsible for designing and coordination of various projects from initial client contact thru construction.

Description:

Design, specification and testing of automated modified atmosphere packaging machines and systems involving flexible film tracking, heat sealing technologies, conveying systems, product handling and scale systems. Plans, directs, coordinates and at times performs activities involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and repair of mechanical or electromechanical systems. Experienced in a dual development and production environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical design and engineering work on new products, special products, proposals and customer orders as assigned by supervisor; provide work direction to mechanical designer/drafters as appropriate.

  • Understanding of INFOR CRM software for BOM creation,

  • 4+ years of experience setting up / running CNC lathes with Fanuc controls.
  • Experience machining stainless steel and non-ferrous materials.
  • Knowledge of machines with live tooling, tailstock & sub-spindle transfers highly desired.
  • Multi-turret machine experience a plus.
  • Feature Cam or Fusion 360 programming knowledge and experience is a plus
  • CAD/CAM knowledge is helpful but not required
  • Able to read micrometer, gauges and comparator. Also able to read blueprints.

Job Description:

  • Installation - technical consultation and installation assistance to on-site personnel or contractors.
  • Startup- Customer pre-consultation, site readiness preparation, startup monitoring, assist and train.

  • Repairs – repairing machines and systems, including rebuilds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance of equipment and associated equipment
  • Provide installation expertise at customer sites as well as conducting pre-installation assistance.
  • Read and review blueprints, plans, specifications and other documentation to prepare for startup or service
  • Responsible for on-site training of customer personnel to CV-Tek/RapidPak standards on proper operation of their equipment
  • Build customer relationship in a professional manner through solution-oriented communications and service, providing both on-site and telephone support
  • Work with engineering, project management, spare parts and management groups to resolve escalated problems
  • Provide written service & expense reports to Manager of Field Service & Operations on all activities carried out on site and complete all required documentation in a timely manner
  • Properly document, label, and return all defective parts resulting from repair
  • Make technical recommendations to maintenance technicians and/or plant operators
  • Work closely with the Manager of Field Service and service coordinator to ensure site work is carried out in the required order, for completion by the required timeline
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times. Develop and maintain safe habits and practices with regard to safety requirements on site and in the manufacturing facility and report any breaches or concerns on health and safety matters to the Manager of Field Service or HR.
  • Ensure all materials, tools and equipment provided to you, are kept safe, and secure. Ensure all are calibrated in good working order to CV-Tek/RapidPak requirements.
  • Assist in manufacturing or engineering with customer projects, as well as unit refurbishment or replacement at the customer site or the CV-Ttek/RapidPak manufacturing facility
  • Assist the parts department with recommended spare parts and wear parts to existing and new customers
  • Provide technical support to other Field Service Specialist in the field
  • Overtime may be necessary as work load dictates. This may include weekdays or weekends.
  • Must maintain valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to use a computer for creation of reports and data entry required
  • Must be able to use a smartphone and any related applications required for the job or timekeeping

Requirements:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Financial Risk and Governance (FR&Gs) mission is to provide effective and efficient identification, measurement, monitoring and control of market, liquidity & Stress Testing related to the clearing and settlement processes for DTCC, its members and the markets. In addition, FR&G provides critical governance and quality assurance capabilities for key risk functions that are designed to meet rigorous organizational and regulatory standards. FR&G works under delegated authority from the Board and senior management to manage these risks within defined risk tolerances, as approved by the Board and senior management. FR&G collaborates closely with Quantitative Risk Management and the Counterparty Credit Risk teams to maintain an integrated and comprehensive approach to financial risk management at DTCC to support an effective second line of defense. FR&Gs prime directive for DTCC\'s applicable clearing agencies and joint ventures consists of the following:

  • Maintain sufficient collateral to cover any losses associated with the liquidation of any defaulting member or family portfolio under extreme but plausible scenarios;
  • Ensure that sufficient liquidity resources are available so that each entity is able to settle all transactions as contracted in the event of a failure by the single largest member or family under extreme but plausible circumstances;
  • Exercise continuous improvement of policies, procedures and processes that support robust, ongoing member surveillance and effective but appropriate response to distress events; and
  • Manage FR&G to maintain a deep and broad product knowledge and risk framework to effectively measure and manage market, liquidity and credit risks.
  • Market Risk for National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) is responsible for the monitoring of daily margin calculation and managing market and liquidity risk exposures arising from trade execution and settlement activities in the clearing corporation and the depository. Responsibilities also include driving new business initiatives, overseeing risk systems design and continuous enhancements, compliance with Risk Management policies and procedures. Responsible for understanding of margining methodologies, keen understanding of equity financial markets and client profiles, and effectively collaborate with other DTCC teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks and safeguard financial market in which DTCC plays a pivotal role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team of equity market risk associates and analysts across global offices.
